Dear valued customer,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the imminent closure of our online Spoth Farms CBD line, beginning November 1st, 2026. Due to anticipated changes in federal regulation that will effectively outlaw the sale of our entire product line, as well as discontinued access to payment processors needed to keep our small business alive, we are forced to close our doors.
As a result of our closure, all Spoth Farms CBD products will be listed at 50% off between now and November 1st.
To be clear, our products will still be fully legal to possess and consume - only the legality of their sale is under deliberation. Spearheaded by Republican lawmakers Sen. Mitch McConnell (KY) and Rep. Andy Harris (MD), this federal effort to re-criminalize the sale of non-intoxicating CBD products was smuggled into shutdown-ending H.R. 5371 and approved by the 119th Congress. It is a reminder to everyone that the consequences of elections matter.

It has been our honor to serve you these last four years. We opened this business in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic in an effort to provide some relief to people in need, and the response we have received has been enormously gratifying. We hope that one day, if the government reconsiders its actions, we will be able to continue our work.
